Founded in 2020, Nitro Engineering Design PC has been providing professional engineering design and engineering services to New York State commercial and residential clientele. Nearly all of our projects are through repeat business referrals with our project portfolio spanning from small-scale residential projects to larger corporate facility fit-outs.

We provide professional engineering services as regulated by New York State including mechanical and plumbing design as well as low-voltage/technology/electronics design regulated by industry standards and acoustical consulting as regulated by New York City.

Our services include field assessments, feasibility studies, forensic studies, pre-purchase physical conditions assessment reports, field & home inspections, engineering design, project consulting, and owner representation. Our belief and design philosophy is to make your space as efficiently designed as possible for safety, code compliance, ergonomics, future-proofing, and minimal operational costs.

Tyler Douglas Wei is a NYS Licensed Professional Engineer (104063); NYC DEP approved Noise Consultant; and a Certified Technology Specialist. He holds a decade of professional experience and has worked on several engineering disciplines on all phases of the construction process with a myriad of different clientele.

His roles have included extensive consultant-architect-contractor coordination and code compliance as regulated by the appropriate jurisdiction.
